Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy Program
Some students need more than traditional tutoring to become confident readers.
Our Orton-Gillingham Structured Literacy Program is a specialized literacy intervention designed for students struggling with reading, spelling, decoding, dyslexia, or foundational language skills.
Unlike traditional tutoring, this program follows a structured, sequential, multi-sensory approach to literacy instruction. Skills are taught step-by-step in a carefully planned progression, allowing students to build strong reading foundations with repetition, consistency, and individualized support.
Using multi-sensory, structured literacy strategies learned through Orton-Gillingham training, sessions may include:
- phonemic awareness
- decoding and encoding
- spelling patterns
- reading fluency
- syllable division
- reading comprehension support
- confidence building through mastery-based learning
