This course runs once a week for 60 minutes a session for 3 weeks. They are a joyous exploration of life long mindfulness skills. Our unique and original programming includes take home packages each week with practice activities so the whole family can get involved.
Mindful Me Adult is a beginner class for adults looking to begin a practice of mindfulness. Through active practice, focusing on the breath and guided mindfulness sessions, adults will learn key skills to begin a fulfilling practice of their own.
